We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating reports, analyzing data, and developing engaging presentations in Google Slides. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Experience : 3-5Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations:

  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

  • Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

• Training Program Development:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.

  • Utilize feedback and data analysis to continuously improve training offerings.

• Communication & Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on learning initiatives.

  • Act as a liaison between various departments to understand training needs and facilitate program delivery.

• Presentation Development:

  • Create visually appealing and informative presentations using Google Slides to support training sessions and executive updates.

  • Ensure all materials are engaging and tailored to diverse audiences.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret learning and development metrics to assess program effectiveness.

  • Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
