Act as the primary liaison for new hires at Trinity, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, including coordination of communications, logistics, and other onboarding-related workstreams. This includes supporting both lateral and campus onboarding plans and taking end-to-end ownership of the process.
Manage the corporate Training & Events calendar to ensure seamless scheduling and organization.
Maintain and update Trinity's training repository, ensuring it remains orderly and current.
Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS) to uphold accurate employee training records.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external vendors, under the guidance of other L&D members, and engage with different groups, including new employees and cross-functional teams, to recognize and meet evolving training requirements.
Contribute to other L&D responsibilities and special initiatives as required, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts and foster a positive organizational culture through various events.
Maintain project trackers, training materials, information, and related documents properly organized, ensuring easy access and transparency.
Required to work with global counterparts across US and EU regions, demonstrating awareness and respect towards other cultures, and adapting to different working styles.
Facilitate onboarding sessions confidently as part of the orientation process, showcasing excellent presentational skills and ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
Provide support to ad-hoc business needs with a collaborative approach and growth mindset, ensuring timely resolution and effective problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business administration or related field.
1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR role or related field.
Experience in consulting, healthcare or pharmaceutical industries a plus
