Job Description

  • Duration: 3-6 months (Open to conversion to full-time employment, depending on performance)
  • Work mode: Work from Office (Bengaluru)

Xhipment is a Digital Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management Platform that is simplifying Global Trade -multi-billion-dollar opportunity worldwide. We work closely with our customers, operating at the intersection of cutting-edge technology simplifying global supply chains and a customer obsessed team to deliver a world class Xhipment experience.

We partner with customers across industries making both exports and imports simpler. Our core founding team members are tenured Amazon alumni who have built and scaled multiple billion-dollar businesses.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated people-personnel who will help the HR team with learning & development initiatives for the organization, anchoring and contributing to specific learning interventions for the organization across different domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with the leadership team to develop engaging and effective training materials including presentations, e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials etc.
  • Manage scheduling, co-ordination, planning, and implementation of learning programs in line with the learning goals of the organization
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and interactive learning experiences across different departments, fostering a collaborative and participatory atmosphere that encourages active learning and knowledge retention
  • Compile information to support the evaluation of training programs through participant surveys, assessments, and other feedback mechanisms
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to training strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of training materials, resources, and processes to generate reports on training metrics and key performance indicators
  • Overseeing administration related activities and other duties as assigned by the leadership

What are we looking for

  • Minimum bachelor/ graduate/ diploma in any relevant field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software(s)
  • Ownership: Focused on long-term thinking and taking responsibility to deliver on a timely and efficient manner, never saying It's not my job
  • Bias for Action: Ability to move fast with both internal and external stakeholders, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with good organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the Learning and Development function
