About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated people-personnel who will help the HR team with learning & development initiatives for the organization, anchoring and contributing to specific learning interventions for the organization across different domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the leadership team to develop engaging and effective training materials including presentations, e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials etc.
- Manage scheduling, co-ordination, planning, and implementation of learning programs in line with the learning goals of the organization
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and interactive learning experiences across different departments, fostering a collaborative and participatory atmosphere that encourages active learning and knowledge retention
- Compile information to support the evaluation of training programs through participant surveys, assessments, and other feedback mechanisms
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to training strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of training materials, resources, and processes to generate reports on training metrics and key performance indicators
- Overseeing administration related activities and other duties as assigned by the leadership
What are we looking for
- Minimum bachelor/ graduate/ diploma in any relevant field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software(s)
- Ownership: Focused on long-term thinking and taking responsibility to deliver on a timely and efficient manner, never saying It's not my job
- Bias for Action: Ability to move fast with both internal and external stakeholders, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with good organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the Learning and Development function
