Job Description:

We are looking for a Learning and Development Associate who can plan & coordinate training programs. Analyze training needs & evaluation. Ensures both online/offline training execution of internal & the client's services while liaising with various internal teams. Is proficient in MS-Excel to maintain training database and create relevant reports.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain Training Calendar & Newsletter
n
- Consolidate list of Employees and schedule them for the mandate trainings level wise.
n- Check & Invite Nominees from TNA for internal Technical, Soft Skills & Leadership Training Program
n- Block Monthly Calendar for Trainer & Participants for Open House Sessions
n- Maintain OnBoarding Intervention calendar and send out emails

2. Internal Coordination
n
- Coordinate with Managers for Participant Approvals, Confirm Nomination List, Update training schedule, send training details
n- Coordinate with Admin & IT for Training Classroom SetUp, Handouts & other admin related arrangements
n- Coordinate with Internal Trainers for confirmed sessions. Create/ Update Trainer Profiles

3. Report Generation
n
- OnBoarding Trainee List, 3 Months, 6 Months Intervention Dates and schedules with Invitations
n- Internal Training Report List of Participants, Approval Status
n- Maintain Attendance sheet with consolidated details and share at the end of every Quarter
n- Freshers & Laterals training schedule execution and report maintenance
n

4. E-learning Portals
n
- Ensure certification assigning to nominees on portals as EC-council, Immersive labs, IBM labs, Managing Linkedin Learning.
n- Ensure completion with defined timelines and share weekly reports with Managers
