Overview
We are seeking an experienced Soft Skills, Behavioural, and Leadership Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on enhancing employees soft skills and leadership capabilities in a medium-sized company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs on soft skills, behavioral competencies, and leadership.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and tailor programs accordingly.
- Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions that promote skill development in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on soft skills, behavioral training, and leadership development.
- Experience in a medium-sized company is preferred.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Certification in training, coaching, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven ability to assess training needs and develop effective training materials.
