Overview / Position Summary:

Learning and Development - General Learning Specialist will be responsible for providing Behavioural & Leadership training related to the Learning TI Roadmap and other L&D initiatives to both operation and support staff employees (up to Middle Management level) and supporting administrative training tasks.

Responsibilities:

Providing internal training to Frontline & Middle Management team members for the different TELUS international programs, support the planning, promotion and logistics of courses that will be provided internally according to the department's guidelines, provide training to the support staff and Operation, support the L&D Manager with the preparation and follow-up of internal and/or external training programs, as well as the administrative tasks of reporting and documentation related to any type of training, either internal or external. The L&D facilitator will also be responsible to provide support to the Educational Programs and coordinate any activities related to them if needed.
