Role Description
This is a contract role for a Learning and Development Specialist for Client on a payroll of Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. located in Manesar. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as training and development, learning management, instructional design, communication, and coaching. This is an on-site role.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement training programs to develop employee skills.
Create career development plans and paths for employees.
Conduct assessments to identify training needs.
Gather and analyze training needs from different teams.
Manage talent processes and assist in regional programs.
Assist in feedback sessions and development programs.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
Collaborate with managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support employee growth.
Organize workshops, seminars, and other development activities.
Assist in the creation and implementation of the Manager Capability Development Program.
Compile and analyze data from ECHO meetings and other sources.
Gather comprehensive training needs from various teams within AI & ATI.
Prioritize and plan the rollout calendar for training programs under supervision.
Create training content for the top 3-4 prioritized programs identified from the training needs analysis (TNI).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in talent management or employee development.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to design effective training programs.
Experience with performance management and career planning.
Skills in project management and coordination.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and HRBPs.
