LogicLadder is seeking a dynamic Learning and Development HR professional with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. You will work closely with the HR team to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR team to identify training needs and develop relevant learning solutions.
- Assist in the design and development of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs to employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress and development.
- Provide support in organizing and coordinating employee development events and activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Comfortable to work in a 6 month contractual basis role
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and e-learning platforms.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
