Job Description for Learning and Development Role:
- Schedule and maintain a monthly training calendar for ongoing training support.
- Creating innovative training content and using gamification of the training as appropriate.
- Deliver basic communication programs.
- Create and publish training dashboards to relevant stakeholders monthly.
- Maintain attendance records and MIS of the training facilitated.
- Manager Training feedback initiate, collate responses and review post-training intervention.
- Managing the internal content repository and updating it periodically.
- Conduct various internal interviews to understand the training/learning requirements and collate feedback.
- Follow up with training partners (internal or vendors) for on-time training delivery.
- Liaison with stakeholders and vendors to execute external training requirements.
- Work with learning champions to understand the learning needs of the studio and cater to the same
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the latest training techniques
- Great time-management and organization skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
