Responsibilities

In this role, you shall be responsible for solutioning and delivery programs on new deals from a Training & Learning Development standpoint. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Learning & Development plan that facilitates and drives individual and team development, motivates the employees, builds competency and a value-based culture in line with organization goals for Zinnov's customers.

  • Identifying training needs: Work with respective stakeholders to assess and understand the training needs of the employees. This can include identifying skill gaps, areas for improvement, and new knowledge or abilities that are required to perform their job effectively.
  • Delivering training: Deliver training programs to employees - This can include classroom instruction, online courses, webinars, coaching, and workshops. Use a variety of methods to make the training engaging and effective, such as role-playing, case studies, group discussions, and hands-on activities.
  • Evaluating training: Evaluate the success of training programs and provide feedback to the respective stakeholders on the skills and knowledge gained from the training. Use various methods such as pre-training and post-training assessments, surveys, and interviews to gather feedback.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure that the training programs delivered are relevant and effective.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring: Wherever necessary, provide individual coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop specific skills or improve their performance.
  • Maintaining records and reporting: Maintain records of employee training, including attendance, and prepare reports to summarize the training results for management.
  • Consultative Approach: Managing programs end-to-end with a consultative approach, including program design/customization, delivery and facilitation, program promotions and marketing, and all other training operations
  • Matured Learning Environment: Equip the L&D ecosystem of the client to ensure there is a progressive maturity from time to time.

Education Qualification & Experience

  • Post graduate degree in or related to Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Sciences
  • 6-10 years of works experience (with at least 8 years in core learning and development space)
  • Experience of working in IT/high tech/HR consulting background is a plus
  • Work experience with global companies is preferred
  • International work experience would be a plus
  • Certification in MBTI, DISC, EI or similar personality/behaviour assessments is a plus
