Job Description

We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager with global exposure, to design, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive global learning and development program.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, this role is critical in advancing our learning maturity, creating a culture of learning, continuous improvement, career crafting, and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Input - Identify training needs and develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Operational Output - Design, develop and deliver highly progressive training programs that support the development of employees and enhance their skills and knowledge. This includes owning and driving the Graduate Program.
  • Creation - Develop effective learning materials, workshops/events, including e-learning courses, hackathons, webinars, and other training aids in learning management system (LMS) and our online learning platform
  • Reporting & Analytics - Develop metrics and reporting systems to measure the success of training programs and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Budgets & Compliance - Manage training budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

WHAT YOU HAVE

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field such as education, organizational psychology, or business administration.

Experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in Learning and Development management roles across medium and large businesses.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering effective training programs, preferably in Technology Consulting.
  • Exposure to Graduate Programs and lifecycles, including psychometric evaluations and learning pathways.
  • Technically astute with extensive experience working with Learning management systems.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong Leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to design frameworks and maintain LMS.
  • Knowledge of the latest learning and development trends and best practices.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for constantly finding new ways to improve L&D.

Note: This role requires an individual to be able to travel to our Head Quarters in Sydney Australia, and any future countries as we expand.
