Objectives of the Role: Enhancing employees skills, performance, productivity and quality of work
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess the future and current training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisal and in consultation with line managers.
- Expertise into Behavioral training, Delivering training, Stakeholder Management, Performance Management training interventions,Training need analysis (TNI) & Designing training.
- Managing the overseas training.
- Meet Company's objectives by developing & implementing high impact training & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
- Establishing strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to training and development.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
- Implement various learning methods company-wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training etc.)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings to various parts of the business & across levels.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.
- Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and system.
- Develop and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- Tracking of training budgets.
- Works effectively as a team member.
- Maintain Training Calendars.
- Keeping track of technical trainings and ensure employee's readiness for deputing them in global countries.
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Presentation skills.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Professional certification in Training & Development would be an additional advantage
