We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our Human Resources team. The L&D Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that enhance the skills, performance, and knowledge of our employees. This role will play a critical part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth at Cashfree Payments.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with Cashfree Payments business goals and objectives
- Design and implement learning programs, workshops, and initiatives that address the development needs of employees at all levels
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their growth and career progression
- Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, using a variety of delivery methods including in-person, virtual, and blended learning
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization
- Collaborate with leadership and managers to integrate learning solutions with performance management systems, ensuring alignment with employee goals and organizational objectives
- Partner with external vendors and consultants to source, develop, and deliver high-quality training content when necessary
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis. Report on learning outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Design and implement leadership development programs that cultivate the next generation of leaders within Cashfree Payments
- Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable ROI
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
