Role Purpose: The Learning & Development Manager will lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires a strong focus on OD projects, creative thinking, and leveraging instructional design principles for developing dashboards and training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Learning Initiatives:
- Design and implement innovative learning solutions, incorporating OD principles and cutting-edge instructional design.
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of various departments.
- Create dashboards that effectively track and report learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
- Manage and optimize the Internal learning platform for effective usage. Customizing learning paths to enhance team performance.
- Oversee the creation and management of learning resources, including e-learning modules and workshops.
- Track and report on training outcomes and ROI.
- Compliance and Automation:
- Oversee the development and delivery of compliance & Safety courses.
- Drive updates and automation to streamline training processes and enhance efficiency.
Program and Project Management:
- Manage the Program Management Academy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- New Hire Induction and Onboarding:
- Manage and facilitate the entire new hire induction process, including updating and maintaining relevant materials.
- Content and Communication:
- Develop and distribute the L&D newsletter to keep employees informed of training opportunities and updates.
- Ensure seamless tracking and reporting of L&D metrics through effective dashboard management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, department managers, and other stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business needs.
- Manage additional L&D projects as they arise, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 9-11 years of proven experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development a related field, with a strong focus on program design and implementation.
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in L&D, with a focus on OD projects, instructional design, and program management.
- Proficiency in Oracle LMS or any global LMS and Skill Soft Percipio learning platform and/or related LXP
- Strong creative thinking, conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in developing and managing dashboards for learning outcomes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development.
- Proactive and Data-Driven Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis and insights, while proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.
- Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives.
