As a Learning and Development Intern focused on administrative support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs. You will work closely with the Learning and Development team, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Learning and Development team
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of training sessions and workshops
- Maintain and organize training materials and records
- Prepare and distribute communications related to training programs
- Support the creation and maintenance of e-learning content and digital resources
- Assist with the evaluation and feedback process for training initiatives
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Strong interest in learning and development, training, or talent management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
