Job Description

As a Learning and Development Intern focused on administrative support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs. You will work closely with the Learning and Development team, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Learning and Development team
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of training sessions and workshops
  • Maintain and organize training materials and records
  • Prepare and distribute communications related to training programs
  • Support the creation and maintenance of e-learning content and digital resources
  • Assist with the evaluation and feedback process for training initiatives
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Strong interest in learning and development, training, or talent management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
