About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and creative E-Learning Content Development Intern to join our Learning and Development team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative and engaging e-learning content, primarily focused on management topics. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to create high-quality learning materials that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development:
- Research and gather information on various management topics.
- Develop engaging e-learning content, including text, graphics, videos, and interactive elements.
- Write clear and concise learning objectives and assessments
- Content Design:
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly e-learning modules.
- Utilize various authoring tools and software to create interactive content.
- Experiment with innovative instructional design strategies to enhance learner engagement.
- Content Editing and Review:
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine content and ensure technical accuracy.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to identify and rectify errors.
- AI and Digital Tool Utilization:
- Explore and leverage AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance learning experiences.
- Utilize digital tools for content authoring, design, and delivery.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in e-learning.
Qualifications:
- Strong Academic Background: Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as education, instructional design, or a related discipline.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic graphic design tools
