Position: Linguistic Skills Facilitator

Location: Guruvayoor, Kerala (Candidates from this area are preferred)

Role Overview:

As a Language Trainer at Donams, you will play a key role in developing students language proficiency and enhancing their communication skills. This position is perfect for fresh postgraduates with a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students unlock their full potential in language learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students language abilities to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop personalized language training sessions based on student needs and curriculum goals.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to different learning styles.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and parents to provide a well-rounded learning experience.
• Use the VidhyaDhan platform to monitor and report student progress.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in research and development initiatives to refine training methods.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in any field (language-related degrees preferred).
• Passion for teaching and strong belief in students potential for growth.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Cultural sensitivity and alignment with Donams mission and values.

Compensation:

• Pay Range: 10,000 - 12,000 per month
• Benefits: Health insurance
• Additional Pay: Commission pay

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Morning Shift)

Location:

• Guruvayoor, Kerala: Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting the position.
