Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Level Professional Trainer/Mentor and sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering individualized corporate training and mentoring sessions while also designing training materials and PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) to cater to our international clientele. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of corporate training methodologies, instructional design principles

Position: Learning and Development Executive

Job Type: Fulltime Employment. Not for Part-timer/Freelancers. Two monthly Saturdays optional off.

India/Asia - Remote with travelling as and when required. The candidate should be willing to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.

WorkDays: 6 days working with flexible weekly off.

Experience- 2+years of years

Pay scale: Max upto 4.8 LPA, depending on experience, expertise and interview.

Excellent communication skill is must as this is a client facing profile.

APPLICATION INCLUDES VIDEO ASSIGNMENT.

Key Responsibilities:

1.To design presentation and tools related to the training and coaching topic based on needs identified.

2.To deliver online training and coaching to senior leaders in the Corporate on agreed topics and associated topics- via group sessions and one on one.

3.To conduct assessments of individuals that have enrolled for IW's Coaching programs and outline goals for all mentees enrolled in all markets.

4.To work with all departments in ensuring the smooth delivery of services and follow ups for clients and mentees.

5.To ensure to provide support to mentees and clients consistently via Digital platforms on all aspects of learning, learning tools and be available for support proactively and clearing doubts.

6..Ensuring to liaise with the client and the Coach/Director

7.Ensuring client retention at 100% at all times.

8.To have an overview of all tools used and support the brand with innovative tools by incorporating state of the art techniques in IW coaching strategies.

Required Skills:

1.Exceptional and above-average Communication skills with a fantastic flair for the English language on all fronts.

2.Education Qualification: Under-grad/Postgrad in mass media/English Literature/HR/ Psychology.

3.Experience in handling designing and delivering training in a B2B environment for an Ed Tech platform or an Educational Set up/ Training Company or Hospitality background for at least 2years.

4.Should possess an Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs like word, excel, and PowerPoint.

5.Should have a basic understanding of social media performance analysis reports and related tools
