Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lean Six Sigma Trainer at VXXIV Corp. The Lean Six Sigma Trainer will be responsible for delivering Lean Six Sigma training sessions to Corporate Clients, Individual Retail Students, College Students and conducting assessments to measure knowledge retention. The trainer will also develop training materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodologies
• Experience in delivering Lean Six Sigma training sessions
• Ability to develop training materials and assessments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) is a plus
• Experience in the consulting or advisory industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.)
