Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and implement retail talent programs aligned with xxxxx's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs and create talent development strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery of talent programs within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of HR professionals involved in talent acquisition and development.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in HR & TA, with a focus on talent program management.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience working across various levels of an organization.
  • Previous experience in the retail industry is preferred, but other relevant industries will be considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing key decision-makers.
