Location: This is an in-office role based in Mumbai - Relocation help will be provided by Pineapple.
Work experience: 5+ years ( including 2 years of experience as a Lead)
This position is for a client whose B2C app has over 50 million+ app downloads.

What will you do
- You will be working with a client whose B2C app has over 50 million+ app downloads. These users are from multiple cities in India.
- You will be responsible for either co-leading/leading a large project, with 4-5 team members.
- This is not just a managerial role, you will be expected to participate hands-on and contribute in areas where your team needs you.
- You will be the owner of your and your team's work and majorly responsible for the UX strategy, UX Design, UX research, and the overall experience for the digital products you take up.
- You are to create and work on complex information architectures, design systems and define user journeys for complex products like customer and backend-facing SaaS products.
- You'd be responsible to ensure that you are driving business goals through the design and will be working towards building experiences that lead to business growth.
- You'd be working directly with the client partner and providing them with solutions that are data-driven. You will also be responsible to ensure you measure the result of your outcomes.
- You will be reporting directly to the VP of Design for all project progress and work.
- At times, you will also be required to work in Qualitative on Quantitative research. Here you will be responsible for translating the research data into valuable insights for the Design team.
- Your innovations, suggestions, and opinions will always be highly valued and encouraged.
- Your ability to handle multiple projects and business communication will be considered your key strength.
What will you need
- 5+ years of product designing experience with a strong understanding of UX.
- 3+ years of experience of managing a product design team.
- Past experience in B2C products is a must. It will be an add on benefit if the work is for Industries like - Food-tech & Ed-tech.
- You should have previous experience in managing at least 4 team members and helping them innovate and grow in their design journey.
- Strong communication and reasoning skills for the designs you create. Data-backed arguments while presenting your work.
- You should have the ability to story tell, persuade and convince different stakeholders within an organization. This should be driven by data and ideation.
