Position: Lead User Interface Designer

Overall Experience: 5+ years of experience

Location: India- Remote

We are seeking a seasoned Interface Designer to join our team at a leadership level. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, ready to grow and lead a team, and works directly with Founders and CXO-level individuals in small and mid-sized organizations. As a designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products and driving the success of our clients.

You will create and enhance user interfaces and experiences for our digital products, work closely with direct stakeholders on product, engineering, sales, and analytics, hire and mentor junior designers, and grow team competence.

# What we're looking for

- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.

- Expert proficiency in Figma and design systems.

- Experience with web and mobile design.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or a strong portfolio).

# Responsibilities:

Design and Execution:

- Lead the design of interfaces for web and mobile applications, both business and customer-facing.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality handoff-ready design files and systems using Figma and other tools.

- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.

- Accurately estimate turnaround times and organize design sprints/cycles.

- Continuously improve user experience based on user behavior analysis using interviews and tools such as Microsoft Clarity.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback.

**Collaboration and Leadership:**

- Manage and grow the design function within the organization.

- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

- Work closely with developers for seamless design implementation.

- Actively collaborate with Founders and CXOs to translate business and product logic into compelling experiences.

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
