Lead User Experience Researcher

We are looking for an expert user research professional to join our user experience research and design practice. You will lead the research projects that will form the basis of revising new products based on your findings. • Define research goals and objectives through discussions with client stakeholders.

• Evaluate usability through testing and report findings.

• Collaborate with different teams, sharing project progress and findings.

• Work with designers, product teams, and management to define product requirements.

• Contribute to research proposals, methods, and systems.

• Experience in various user research methods (Qualitative and Quantitative).

• Ability to independently plan and conduct UX Design activities.

• 5+ years of experience in user research, user interface design, or related fields.

• Familiarity with consulting or corporate environments.
n
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
n
• Excellent presentation skills (in PowerPoint and spoken form).
n
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
n
• Prefer candidates who hold a bachelor's or master's degree (BDes / MDes/ BE/ BTech) or a Bachelor's degree in psychology, cognitive science, Human Factors, HCI, or a similar field.

• Bonus: Proven ability to lead multiple research projects and teams.
