Lead UI/UX Designer

Create design prototypes, features and specifications for the company based on user insights.

Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality with in - depth understanding of clients and users.

Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization etc.

Promote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure that new ideas keep coming

Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows and visual designs as per ProCreator standards and client needs.

Interact with clients/users to understand their needs and develop better products/ websites/ application.

Designing and setting up Design systems and components such as input controls, navigational components and informational components.

Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.

Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.

Spearhead execution of all design stages from concept to final hand-off for development.

Design user experiences for software applications through the creation of interaction flows, design patterns and medium to high fidelity prototypes.

Deep expertise with a variety of design tools for designing, prototyping, and wire-framing (primarily Figma, Protopie)
