Lead UI Designer:
As a Lead UI designer with 4-8 years of experience. The Lead UI Designer must be a great leader with the ability to maximize the talents of the teams. Doing so means being a coach, an instructor, a team leader and a critic all at once. The Lead UI Designer work with User Experience Designers, Visual Designers, User Researchers, Front End Engineers, Business Analysts, Copywriters, and other Marketers on a regular basis to ensure the full experience of the UI/UX of the website, web application or mobile application is being taken care of.
Together with the UX team, you'll be responsible for building and implementing adesign thinkingculture.
Lead UI designers tend to take a more strategic, analytical role, so you'll need to be extremely comfortable with data.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and strategize various design directions basis the brand and client expectations
- Demonstrate high quality design practices. This includes participation in all aspects of UI: mood-boarding, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design. Should be able to push back on stakeholders with innovative UI concepts/ practices.
- Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Empower and mentor designers in the team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within a growing team.
- Maintain and further build design team workflows that ensure that all designs delivered are in line with style guides and are of high quality standards.
- Ensure that the projects are delivered on a timely manner.

Requirement:
- 4+ years of industry experience as a UI designer and/or manager in a cross-functional UI/UX team, dedicated to the complete UI design and development lifecycle of several successfully launched websites, applications and other digital products
- Well versed with leading platforms like iOS and Android
- Proven success designing and optimizing high-quality product experiences for a variety of platforms including desktop, web and mobile. Experience in B2B platforms is an advantage.
- Mastery of UI interaction and design principles. Should be able to conduct design workshops
- Architect system wide design solutions that satisfy both product and engineering requirements.
- Experience managing a team of around 6-8 UI/UX designers. Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic company
- Drive and willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.
- In addition to fundamental UI design skills, you'll need to bring strong business know-how and leadership skills to the table.
- Portfolio is required for application.
