Job Title: Technical Assistant Cloud Infrastructure and Software Documentation

• Working Experience - Min 2 to 5 Years of working experience as Technical Assistant

• Job Overview:

A skilled Technical Assistant with a strong background in technical writing and a solid

understanding of Cloud, Server, Storage and Network architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for IT infrastructure, as well as assisting with various technical tasks related to documenting Software Feature and Functionalities

• Responsibilities:

• Understand the technical RFP and develop and maintain comprehensive technical
  
  documentation for IT infrastructure, encompassing software UML Diagram,
  
  network diagrams, server configurations, and system processes.
  

• Collaborate with product management and Marketing team to gather information
  
  and ensure accuracy of technical content
  

• Develop user manuals, configuration guide, Solution Cook-Book, Troubleshooting
  
  guides, and standard operating procedures for IT systems
  

• Software Documentation - Converting Code to Software documentation - Preferably using tools
  
• Required Skills:

• Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail
  

• Ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content
  

• Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), Network Operating Systems -
  
  Sonic OS, PICA 8, AI technologies - Training, Inference, Micro Services- Kubernetes etc
  

• Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services
  

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  

• Ability to work independently without supervision and as part of a team
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  

• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  

• Solid understanding of Cloud, Server, Storage and network architecture and familiarity with the top brands in the individual category.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Draw IO and technical documentation tools like
  
  Document360/Click up or the likes
  
• Preferred Qualifications:

• IT infrastructure-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSA) are a plus
  

• Experience with documentation management systems
  

• Familiarity with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Draw IO)
  

• Working knowledge on systems like Figma or the likes
  
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  
  Pay: 1,500,000.00 - 1,900,000.00 per year
