Role Overview
As an Automation Evangelist with a strong Business Analyst orientation, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our automation solutions to potential and existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products through compelling demonstrations. You will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring that stakeholders understand how our automation tools can drive efficiency and innovation within their organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging and informative product demos tailored to the needs and pain points of diverse client audiences. Showcase how our automation solutions can address specific business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
- Business Analysis: Analyze client requirements and translate them into tailored demonstrations that highlight the relevant features and benefits of our automation products. Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, IT teams, and end-users. Ensure that all demo sessions are aligned with their expectations and objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of automation tools and technologies (including programming skills in Java and Python, as well as familiarity with web, mobile, RestApi) to provide insightful explanations and answer technical questions during demos.
- Documentation and Presentation: Create high-quality presentation materials and documentation that support the demo process. Develop use-case scenarios, flow diagrams, and other visual aids to enhance the demonstration experience.
- Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from demo sessions and collaborate with product development teams to refine and improve product features and demo strategies.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automation and related technologies. Continuously enhance your knowledge to effectively convey the value of our solutions.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience working into Automation testing, Selenium, product demos.
- Business Analyst Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate complex business needs into practical automation solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with automation testing, Java, Python, web, mobile, RestApi, Selenium etc. Salesforce experience is mandatory.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Presentation Skills: Proven ability to deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing client requirements, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
