Essential Responsibilities :
- Responsible for conducting sophisticated and detailed research of existing processes, systems, and desired objectives to meet the goals/intent of the assigned products
- Work with business Product Owner and SMEs to prioritize feature development, based on the business value
- Work with technical teams to initiate and drive technical roadmap deliverables to completion.
- Elicit and create initial epics/features and elaborating into user scenarios that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements
- Deliver business requirements via artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframe diagrams, interaction diagrams, mockups/demos, etc
- Drive team excellence with proactive contributions towards continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with a multi-functional teams inside a Scrum framework
- Conduct work sessions and document new features, requirements, and strategies.
- Perform testing, track bugs, enhancements and ensure issues are resolved before promoting to production environments.
- Successfully handle multiple initiatives and balance constantly evolving priorities.
- Query and analyze data to estimate future and measure current solution impact.
- Develop business logic and critical metrics for incorporation into decision support models and tools.
- Construct problem statement including problem description and improvement measures.
- Always anticipate the next question -Drill down beyond the problem surface to understand root cause, business impact, and next steps.
- Supply guidance to project planning and effort estimation within scope.
- Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches.
- Develop and maintain internal customer relationships
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):
- Bachelor Degree & 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise technology or airline organizations
- Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery
- Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production
- Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project
- Strong written, oral communication, and social skills
- Must have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication and facilitation skills.
- Be willing to learn whatever technologies, tools, or patterns necessary to solve a problem. Be inquisitive, ask a lot of questions to learn from everyone.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, developers, managers, and leaders to create solutions for real world problems. Build domain knowledge and understand the user & business problems youre solving.
- Conduct blameless postmortems, provide training to other teams on best practices and benefits
- Gather and maintain One Pagers, How Tos and other useful documentation
- Gathering metrics from various sources and displaying them in meaningful and insightful ways on single page applications
