Job Description

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and objectives
  • Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement supply chain solutions using Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations
  • Configure and customize Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations modules to meet client requirements
  • Lead workshops to gather customer requirements
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate client stakeholders on system functionalities
  • Write and update functional design documents to support the implementation of D365 Finance & Operations projects
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and post-implementation phases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, developers, finance, and operations to ensure alignment
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations
