We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at our Magarpatta location.

Job Title: Lead Talent Acquisition

Experience: 8+ years

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month

Working Model: Work from office

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team effectiveness and individual growth. Also work on crucial job openings.
  • Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and goals for team members, regularly reviewing progress and providing feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve recruitment targets and goals, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients to understand their talent needs, gathering detailed requirements and specifications for open positions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their business objectives, and delivering high-quality talent solutions.
  • Develop innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and retain top-tier candidates across various channels, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, to streamline processes and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior management and making recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and achievements to stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of talent acquisition, including candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 8+ years in progressively responsible roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools.
  • Knowledge of AI and Automation for recruitment.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
