As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a foundational role in the growth and development of a diverse set of teams at Fyn. You'll work alongside the thought leaders and enablers of electric mobility.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive recruitment strategy for technical and non-technical side (Business Functions)- Independently drive hiring needs for our business units end to end and manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment (Sourcing to Onboarding).
Ensure an exemplary on-boarding process.
- Be a custodian to candidate experience and stakeholder experience.
Be a talent advisor to the business and provide guidance to build great teams- Build University relationships and drive University hiring for assigned functions
Build strong relationships with team members to encourage high-quality referrals, and help run our internal and external referral program.
- Drive Employer Branding to build a strong mark in the industry with the help of the marketing team.
Be the custodian of Data and Presentation for assigned projects by Manager/Head.- Assist in day-to-day HR related activities.
Come with 4 years of experience in recruiting and engaging talent in an extremely fast-paced environment. Should be available for full time (in-office).- Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to interact and engage credibly with people from all levels of the organisation. Strong on business communication.
Highly organised outstanding time management and ability to prioritise
- Should be great at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Having experience in Employee Engagement is a plus Self-motivated and able to remain calm under pressure.
- A Graduation degree is a must.
