Job Description

Position - Lead Talent Acquisition

Designation - Dy. Manager / Manager

Function - Human Resources

Reporting to - Head HR

Experience - 6 to 8 Yrs

Location Kolkata

Qualification - Bachelor / Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • To develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's hiring goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives
  • To manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring within the laid timeline
  • To create and implement training program on Hiring Process and Interviewing Skills for the individual contributor and people manager
  • To ensure that the TAT is encouraged and is being following from end to end hiring process
  • To plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find best fit talent
  • To be on the top of the latest and upcoming hiring strategies including market data, trends, and the best sourcing channels to engage top talent
  • Implement and enforce policies related to equal employment opportunities and diversity
  • Should have experience working on/closed mandates from Junior level to Leadership level in Non-Tech, Tech/Product roles at a startup or high-growth company

Desired Attributes

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition with a minimum of 5 to 7 years in recruitment role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Should have the ability to drive results in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: As per industry standards & pedigree of the candidate
  • ESOPs: Since this is a key position the package would entail ESOPs
  • Group Medical Insurance: This is over and above compensation. 3 lakhs floater for the family including parents, spouse, children. Top-Up option is also available upon personal request
