Supporting Actions

To assess the level of development of sustainability management systems designed by each businesses to meet the Group standards, policies and management expectation which in turn will lead to meeting international standards

1. Support in development of the Management Standards and Guidance Documents as a part of the Sustainability Framework.

2. Support in development of Self-Assessment Protocols (SAP) against the Technical Standards (TS) and Management Standards (MS) as developed by the Subject Mater Experts (SME).

3. Understand the key sustainability / materiality issues of the businesses and incorporate the same in the assurance porcess

To assess in detail the level of implementation of the above written management systems.

1. Support in validation of the Self Assessments made by the business on the TS and MS.

2.On site and off site verification against the developed SAPs and WASH requirements.

3. Lead Sustainability assurance team, either it could be internal or external (third party)

4. Train selected auditors (internal / third party) on Sustainability framework (Policies, TS, MS & GN) 5. Train auditors (internal / third party) on Assurance tool

6. Work with businesses and prepare annual assurance /audit plan and execute

7. Ensure timely report of assurance reports

To assess the level of legal compliance followed by each Business and Units.

1 Support in development of MS on Legal Compliance and Sustainability Framework Conformity Management.

2. Evaluation the level of legal compliance in number of businesses/countries.

3. To seek information and report and advise businesses on levels of compliance.

3. Prepare respective business level and group level audit findings analytics

4. Prepare progress with analytical presentations

To communicate with the Businesses and the Groups management and Sustainability Committee on the progress of implementation of the Sustainability Framework at eachbusinessandsiteincluding specific recommendations for improvement.

1 Support in development of management reporting system on the implemented sustainability framework.

2. Support in development of key performance benchmark database for business/sector.

Develop an expert assurance team at the Group level and coach the individual businesses to build their own sustainability assurance teams.

1. To support in developing systems and training program to qualify assurance providers within the group and businesses.

2. To develop number of qualified assessors within business.
