To identify strategies for maximising the company s potential to live up to the role envisaged for it as the 4th pillar of the Insolvency Bankruptcy Code 2016
To prepare action plans for achieving voluntary and regular submission of data by Financial creditors, incentivise authentication by debtors and increase the appetite and demand for Records of Default by developing a thorough understanding and appreciation of the roles of various ecosystem partners including the creditors, the debtors, the adjudication authorities and the regulator. This will include maximisation of revenue from this segment.
To identify means and actions to mobilise submission of data by the Operational creditor segment, primarily with a view to improving the quality of data available with the IU while keeping in mind the need to earn revenue from this segment.
To design initiatives for maximising revenue of the company through the DDE platform and its variants i.e e-Udbhavam and e-BG.
To identify new initiatives that are consistent with the mandate of the company.
To identify various areas where the company can build partnerships with other ecosystem entities such as RBI, CERSAI, IBA, other Regulators such as IRDA, Banks, Financial Institutions.
Provide quality support to the business marketing team and to internal stakeholders like IT, Finance etc.
To prepare Strategy document and presentations for senior management
Perform any other work which may be assigned by the management
Your Background
Master Degree in Business Administration/ Management Studies / Finance.
Knowledge and working experience in the financial sector and the IBC space.
Exposure to the ISMS environment preferred
Age less than 38 years.
Your Requirement
Work experience for 10+ years preferable. However, profile with lesser experience demonstrating above skills can be considered
Must have worked in Financial Institutions / Government organisations / Large Corporates / Tech Companies
Ideal candidate should have experience in working with difference domains / departments to get more holistic approach towards working in strategy vertical with us.
