Responsible for quarterly/ half yearly and annual business reviews of the portfolio businesses with the CEO, MD and Promoters
Assist the development of short/ medium- and long-term business plans
Actively participate in annual strategic planning process and STRAP for the company by acting as a nominee of the CEO and ensuring alignment with the leadership team
Coordinate agendas for CEO before leadership team and board meetings.
Help determine key performance indicators and update dashboards as needed.
Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders, JV partners for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects
Financial analysis and reviews of key initiatives and the value being created for the CEO
Support the CEO in maintaining strong relationships with key funders and stakeholders. Supplying background information on potential new partners or funders. Maintain lists of funders, stakeholders, and partners with whom their CEOs want regular contact, and tee up communications or arrange meetings to support ongoing relationship building.
Handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
Assist in facilitating effective decision-making. Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives
Assess inquiries directed to CEO, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate teams/individual.
Serve as a link between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, on company culture, employee well-being, project and O&M updates, business proposals, and strategic planning.
Qualifications
BA (Economics), B.Tech/ B.E. + MBA from reputed management institute
15+ years in a business or executive management role across the industry
Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
Experience of planning and leading strategic initiatives.
