We are seeking for Lead Specialist, Process Management & Transformation (PMT) within Process Management and Transformation team with excellent technical and interpersonal skills who can directly contact co-workers to understand their needs in order to lead projects and as well coordinate and improve due diligence processes within Risk Intelligence group accordingly.
We are responsible for leading & implementing projects to transform risk processes across: World-Check (WC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). The team handles the core systems change management, drives lean culture across the Customer & 3rd Party Risk Solutions, content management for EDD, as well as client analysis, policy, and technology requirements from the process efficiency perspective.
As a Lead Specialist, Process Management & Transformation (PMT), you will act as a change agent, providing leadership to the business functions to ensure activities deliver maximum value to both the company and their customers. Prioritize and implement Process Improvement projects to deliver efficiency gains through Business Process Improvements, Lean Six Sigma, Best Practices and Process Excellence across the organization. You must have excellent project management, and change management skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of due diligence and anti-money laundering processes. Most importantly you should be proactive and well organized.
Responsibility:
- Undertake short-term or long-term engagements to address a variety of customer and operational challenges
- Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements and problem areas
- User Interviews and Business analysis of current state to identify potential gaps and identify potential opportunity areas for further implementation with technology enabled solutions and systems
- Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue
- Present and explain findings to appropriate executives
- Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives
- Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections
- Arrange for or provide training to people affected by change
- Evaluate the situation periodically and adjust when needed
- Replenish knowledge of industry, products and field
- Drive product/solution adoption ensuring there is a good engagement rate of the launched products or solution
- Drive benefits realization and formulate plans and frameworks as a baseline, to ensure the Return on Investment
- Build and maintain all the required engagement artefacts and keeping them up to date
Required skill sets:
- Proven experience as a consultant with a product centric approach
- Experience in project management
- Thorough knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to stay ahead of advancements
- Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
- Knowledge of business software and IT systems
- Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Analytical and creative
- A great listener with ability to connect with people of diverse subject areas
- Certification in consulting or field of expertise is an advantage!
- Solid understanding on tools like Asana, Figma, Lucid chart!
