About The Job

  • Working closely with the sales lead for technical closures of potential prospects and leads.
  • Support the selling cycle with relevant demos and proof of concept engagements
  • Become a trusted advisor to the technical decision maker
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition and helping with customer onboarding.
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the product and engineering teams for future product enhancements
  • Contributing to the sales and messaging strategy improvements.
  • Monitoring news and developments relating to or impacting key customers or prospects.

You're Someone Who

  • Has effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Has 6-8 years of experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in SaaS or IT.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn/dive in where necessary.
  • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a positive attitude and is willing to juggle multiple projects.
