Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) aims to be a technology leader that provides predictive and seamless experiences to all Grab employees (Grabbers). We are a diverse team of technology practitioners looking to out serving Grabbers with positive, personalised IT experiences, and we are looking for individuals with similar customer-centric and innovative values to join our growing team.
Get To Know The Role
Reporting to the EPM Manager II of Finance Systems, this role will be responsible for the management of Grab's EPBCS application who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes. This is a hands-on role for those with exceptional configuration and system development skills in Oracle EPM suite of solutions, namely EPBCS. Exposure to solution integration with other ERP systems is desirable.
This is a Hybrid role and is based in Bangalore.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- collaboratively to implement and support Oracle EPM products and technology, addressing complex duties and tasks.
- Enhance existing applications and manage multiple Oracle EPM tools, delivering high-quality solutions within time constraints through effective root cause analysis.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure well-developed solutions and adherence to company IT implementation methodology and documentation standards.
- Ensure accurate data validation and maintain robust documentation and presentation practices.
- Demonstrate good communication and stakeholder management skills while executing varied and complex tasks.
Qualifications
- The Essential Skills You Will Need:
- 6+ years of experience configuring Oracle EPM modules, with complete project lifecycle experience in Planning and Budgeting projects.
- Proficiency in working with EPBCS modules, including Financials, Workforce, and Capex, and expertise in writing business rules and calc scripts.
- Strong skills in building forms, managing smartlists, action menus, task lists, and security configurations within planning tools.
- Familiarity with application tuning and optimization, as well as experience with ASO cubes and MDX member formulas.
- Ability to handle data movement between applications, update and maintain integrations, and automate operations using EPM Automate, Batch, or Shell scripting.
- This is an Individual Contributor role and we don't expect you to have any people manager experience.
