High proficiency in Full Stack Application development using NodeJS, along with react.js or any other JavaScript technology.
Good working experience with Data Structure, Algorithms, Low-Level Designing, Object- Oriented Design
Experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS preferred.
Build microservices on AWS that multiple businesses can leverage, with a full-stack developer mindset.
An entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys moving quickly on new, green-field products.
The ability to stitch together many different services and processes together even if they have not worked with them before.
Ability to think about systems and services and write high-quality code. We work mostly with React and Redux. However, frameworks can be learned: we care much more about your general engineering skill than your knowledge of a particular framework.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be expected to collaborate with multiple teams across the globe, understand the business domain, design solutions, and shape technical direction.
Collaborate with product managers to grasp business and product requirements effectively and lead discussions with team on system design.
Translate requirements into actionable tasks and code.
Participate in Design meetings and code reviews.
Provide support for production systems, resolving incidents and conducting root cause analyses.
Prototype new tools through proof of concepts to assess their suitability.
