Available locations: This position is open to candidates in Brazil and India (Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the software architecture is scalable, consistent, and optimized for performance.
- Manage the integration and interoperability of various software stacks (Classic AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR, Linux, etc.).
- Provide guidance and technical support for architecture-related decisions.
- Participate in the development and improvement of tools and methodologies for software architecture.
- Make sure the architecture adheres to software safety and cybersecurity standards.
- Work alongside teams to define vehicle functions and the system architecture for new features.
- Oversee the documentation of architectural concepts, resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure the architecture aligns with business and system requirements, driving the achievement of project goals.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in leading software architecture initiatives.
- Over 10 years of experience in embedded automotive software development.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming in multi-threaded, multi-process environments.
- Skilled in formal software architecture design and using modern development tools.
- Knowledgeable about dynamic linking, software integration, and multi-process systems.
- Familiar with automotive communication protocols like CAN and Ethernet.
- In-depth understanding of ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards.
- Experienced in both AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive architecture design.
