Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field for 3-5 years Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development with a focus on building custom applications, Integrations, and workflows.

In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and other ITSM modules.

Proficiency in configuring and customization including foundational data setup such as service catalog, categories, items, and request workflows.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration HUB and data exchange mechanisms.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
