Experience And Qualifications
A successful India ServiceNow Developer should have 4-9 years of experience in ServiceNow and other application development, focusing on supporting customer support and service technology. The role requires advanced expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, integration, and development, encompassing skills such as JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, XML, REST/SOAP, LDAP, and SSO. A ServiceNow Certified Administrator is a mandatory requirement. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a similar field. Strong collaboration skills with customers and cross-functional team members are essential.
Specializations And Skills
- Proficient in resolving a wide range of issues within a specialized area
- Deep knowledge in ITSM module/processes, CMDB/Core platform, GRC/IRM, Event Management, and SSO/Access Management (experience with PING or Azure preferred)
- Proficiency in Integration Hub for APIs
- Previous experience working with large organizations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodology practices
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to junior developers and engineer solutions, including domain separation
- Collaborate with business analysts to estimate the level of effort for new projects
- Preferred experience in ServiceNow products such as IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery, ITOM Health & Event Management, Core Platform and the CMDB, eBonding, Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Possess ITIL Certification and/or Technical Consulting Experience
- Engage with functional business leaders in the Customer Support domain
- Capable of identifying and deconstructing business objectives
