- Lead delivery of major projects as a Technical Program Manager
- Write project definition documents
- Identify and communicate with stakeholders
- Define projects plans/timelines
- Organize and update project documentation
- Run project delivery meetings
- Support implementation of agile methodology
- Act as scrum master
- Manage JIRA Projects and Confluence Spaces
- Collaborate with the Cloud COE team and other stakeholders to define project management standards
