As an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Lead on the HRIS team, you will lead initiatives from business requirements through build, test, deployment and post go-live support for our global HR systems. You will contribute to the overall success of our team by partnering with key stakeholders to develop our technology roadmap, delivering quality solutions that meet our company needs.
Your role will involve:
- Providing global technical leadership and support on the HRIS technology covering primarily Compensation management and related Core HR processes
- Stay informed about current trends and effective approaches in compensation management within the industry.
- Partnering with multiple Human Resources and Business teams across Cimpress and Vista functions to understand their requirements and make sound recommendations for best-in-class system solutions. Lead the scoping, discovery, design and implementation to deliver scalable HR system solutions.
- Performing configuration and testing tasks to deliver fixes, changes, improvements, and compliance.
- Building test plans, user training materials and system admin documentation.
- Facilitating end-user and admin training sessions, knowledge transfer, and user adoption of the system.
- Managing Communication of system changes and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Providing tier-2 and tier-3 level support and oversight to the team to support the day-to-day operational needs
- Contributing to the HRIS Team growth and development by providing mentorship and coaching to less Experienced HRIS team members.
To be successful you will need:
- Deep Knowledge of Core HR, Compensation Management practices and processes and 7+ years solid grasp of HRIS SaaS applications
- Demonstrated experience configuring and delivering SuccessFactors Employee central and Compensation management is required.
- Experience delivering HR System solutions on other HR areas such as Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Performance Management will be a plus.
- Expertise in understanding the data flow across the different SuccessFactors modules and integration with third-party systems (eg : Payroll, Benefits, AD etc )
- Works effectively in a Global, remote environment with cross-functional team members and has outstanding listening, communication and influencing skills
- An excellent problem solver, proactively anticipates issues, troubleshot them, clearly communicate root cause, solutions and mitigate risks.
- Strong Scoping and project planning skills, ability to keep project delivery on track with respect to timeline, identify scope creeps and make the right trad- off between timeline and customer value.
