The CMS Upstream Growth Leader shall work closely with sales professionals, Commercial Operations, Product Management, Technical Marketing, global Product Applications to develop business in the region.
Essential Responsibilities :
The incumbent of the role will provide strategic direction and he will own and will be collectively responsible for the following:
Partnership with commercial team for New Product/Solution Introduction: Discover the opportunities with solutions based on a differentiated value proposition that meets the market price and performance envelope.
Connect with all senior stake holders in Oil & Gas companies e.g. ONGC, GAIL & CAIRN customers and work on key opportunities to develop business.
Extend products references from other countries to India to develop business and develop bid specification. Drive contract management
Product Strategy - Develop crisp product strategy maps for Upstream/midstream Chemicals. These maps should serve as a primer for the Sales/Service team on What to Sell/How to Sell
Leverage SFDC to drive rigor in the deal development cycle and work with the sales team to ensure data integrity and adherence to SFDC processes.
Get product registered in ONGC & GAIL & Facilitate the Bid Management Process for Government/PSU Tenders.
Managing product line with Growth Revenue Targets and Profit Margin
Devising Marketing strategy aligned with country strategy and objectives with influencing key stakeholders in the leadership team.
Develop & Expand business (Across India) and consistently improving qualified pipeline of the upstream opportunities; identifying new business for long-term revenue Profitable growth
Developing & maintaining competitive analysis and Business Awareness on product and Strategic Alliances to enable higher management for strategy formulation to enhance product standings.
Increase the market penetration / market share min by 10%
Work routine involves Early Engagement (Customer), estimating the demand in the customer/market, Analysing Trends, Annual Planning, Market Research for the General Sales, Marketing communications.
Strategic Vendor development and quality protocols / framework and guidance, and Gaps identifications.
Healthy contract management, with continuous improvement and cost control
Develop Synergy with SOGS team to develop relationship with end customer and seek business opportunity
Seek trial opportunity for niche application in Oil & Gas companies
Develop partnership model
B.Tech - Chemical or Similar Qualification.
