Job Title: Lead & Sales Generation Expert
Salary:
Base salary of INR 12,000 per month
Incentive of INR 1,500 per successful lead generated

Key Responsibilities:
-Utilize your extensive lead generation experience (minimum 1 year) to sell IT services.
-Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Utilize exceptional interpersonal and convincing skills to build strong client relationships.
-Develop customized sequences and calling scripts tailored to the target audience.
-Identify and research potential leads within the target market.
-Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to initiate contact with prospects.
-Customize messaging and communication strategies to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
-Qualify leads to assess their fit with our agency's services, budget, timeline, and requirements.
-Conduct discovery calls or virtual meetings to understand prospects business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
-Present our agency's offerings, value proposition, and solutions tailored to the prospect's needs via virtual presentations.
-Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and onboard new clients.
-Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients remotely to foster long-term partnerships and maximize client retention.
