Job description
Lead RPA Developer / Team Lead will act as a lead and will take the necessary initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs. You will work with the Developers and Trainees to understand the process activities carried out on a day-to-day basis and further be responsible for automation/bot creation as needed in a phased approach.

- Liaise with business departments to Identify and design business processes for automation.
- Set up, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
- Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation and resolve any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Hands-on experience with the RPA AI Bundle.
- (Quality & Test) Designing the Code with comments and following the UiPath Development best practices.
- Knowledge and experience in BOT Deployment.
- Experience and understanding of SDLC phases - requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, debugging, testing, UAT, and operational transition.
- Experience of working on PDF Extraction, Excel Automation, OCR, functional libraries, other tools, and methods to accelerate development.
- Knowledge of Attended, unattended RPA automations.
- Keeping updated on the latest RPA technology and skills, such as new UiPath features, AI integration into RPA, etc., and adoption in RPA project development
- Providing ongoing operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and any Process change activities.
- The desired candidate will be responsible for developing RPA processes using Ui Path and other available tools.
- Analyzing requirements, and problems and solving them with the best solution.
- Producing high-quality code without much supervision and on-time delivery.
- Preparing detailed documentation of solution, coding, and project completion to ensure future maintenance.
- Developing, configuring programs, scripts, and objects that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 Years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Development and industry/software platform knowledge like UI path.
- Experience as a Lead Developer / Team Lead would be preferable
- Hands-on experience with Orchestrator queues and RE framework.
- Hands on experience in Automation Cloud
- Knowledge in C, C++, Java, or .NET
- Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a good team player, good learner, and a self-starter.
- Must have ability to work independently.
- Must have strong coding skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
