Role Description:

Position: Lead Robotics Engineer

Type: Full-time, On-site

Location: Innovix Pro, Ahmedabad

As a Lead Robotics Engineer at Innovix Pro, you will spearhead our robotics research and development initiatives. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, designing robust robotic systems, programming and fine-tuning robotic functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams. You will be instrumental in advancing our autonomous robotics platforms, significantly contributing to the development and optimization of autonomous systems.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in developing ROS-based autonomous platforms.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in process automation and optimization.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and project management.
• Proficient in software development for robotics applications, particularly in ROS environments.

Technical Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement complete autonomous systems using ROS.
• Integrate ROS with various operating systems including Windows, Ubuntu, and Android platforms.
• Utilize SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technologies for precise indoor localization and mapping using visual data from cameras and sensors.
• Employ advanced frameworks such as Yolo and additional neural network models for enhanced autonomous platform functionality.
• Design and develop multi-robot communication systems, enabling a network of autonomous robots to interact and collaborate seamlessly for navigation and task execution in both confined and open environments.
• Extend capabilities to outdoor localization and navigation, applicable to both drones and ground-based robots.
