Job Description

Job Mandate

Drive sales and sales share of repeat customers, higher retention, higher revenue per user for existing customers

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Ownership of key metrices of repeat users revenue, ASP, revenue/ user, profitability etc.

Lifecycle management for repeat users to drive growth across metrices (ASP, profitability, revenue etc.)

Segment customers and devise strategies to tackle each customer segment

Drive retention of customers across age-buckets and behavioral pattern; Design and implement programs to improve customer retention on the platform

Segmenting customers basis purchase type, browsing history, demographics etc.

Develop deep customer understanding by segments and purchase/ browsing behavior

Work closely with marketing team for retargeting, and bring customer back to platform

Design and lead the loyalty program charter for the organization

Candidate Requirements

Strong experience in driving customer metrices and retention programs

Strong analytical skills to be able to derive insights from customer data and present actionable solutions

Experience in driving loyalty programs

Ability to manage and lead teams

Understanding of the e-commerce business is an added advantage

Understanding of analytical tools is an advantage
