Lead - Resource Management

1. Should have at least 5-8years experience as part of Resource Management Group, as Lead.
2. Refine existing Resource Management Platform.
3. Set up Resource Allocation/ deallocation process in line with Best Industry Practices,
4. Ensure optimisation utilisation of workforce.
5. Educate and support teams on Resource Utilisation processes and compliances,
6. Setting up Resource Management related Risk and Control Mechanisms.
7. Work closely with PMO to facilitate productivity to reduce average cost per employee.
